While the weather in Mumbai is turning colder day-by-day, temperatures throughout the city have risen since Sunday. We all are aware of the MNS led riots in Shivaji Park area of Mumbai. Now how should we the people of Maharashtra react to this??? On one hand there is the stark truth that Mumbai is being overloaded with migrants from all over India and then on the other hand is the rational opinion that beating up north indians in the city isn't a solution. We all know that the actions of MNS activists were way too violent...and it is being condemned by all. However what should be applauded here is the action taken by the police after the clashes (even if they weren't so effective while all the violence was taking place) to prevent any further problems. Another applause should go to the public of Shivaji Park for their decision to establish a group who will urge the municipal and police authorities to take measures before and after any rallies which will be held at Shivaji Park in the future(how much success they achieve is another story)...
